Agne Juozulynaite’s research focuses on the molecular signaling pathways that regulate cellular behavior in development, cancer, and immune responses. She is particularly interested in how dynamic remodeling of these pathways contributes to disease progression. Her previous work examined pathway interactions in gynecological cancers, with a focus on fibroids and leiomyosarcoma. Currently, she is exploring immune processes such as phagocytosis within the tumor microenvironment. She is also interested in gaining a broader understanding of conserved principles in molecular cell biology across organisms.
