Professor Eunyu Kim Serves as MC and Leads 10th Anniversary Session at KSEACH 10th Anniversary General Assembly and Academic Conference

Professor Eunyu Kim, Vice President of KSEACH, serves as MC during the morning opening and general session of the 2025 KSEACH 10th Anniversary General Assembly and Academic Conference.

Professor Eunyu Kim of Duke Kunshan University participated in the 2025 KSEACH 10th Anniversary General Assembly and Academic Conference, held on December 6, 2025, at Beijing Lido Metropark Hotel. As Vice President of KSEACH, she served as MC for the morning opening and general session and led the 10th Anniversary Commemorative Session. Her research group also presented multiple posters on plant genome engineering, molecular signaling, genetic transformation, and algal genome engineering during the academic poster session.

Professor Eunyu Kim of Duke Kunshan University participated in the 2025 KSEACH 10th Anniversary General Assembly and Academic Conference, held on December 6, 2025, at the Beijing Lido Metropark Hotel under the theme “10 Years Together, Growing Together with KSEACH.”

As Vice President of KSEACH, Professor Kim served as the Master of Ceremonies for the morning opening and general session, guiding the opening program, guest introductions, congratulatory remarks, and major keynote sessions. She also led the 10th Anniversary Commemorative Session, which celebrated a decade of KSEACH’s contributions to strengthening scientific exchange, professional networks, and Korea-China cooperation among Korean scientists and engineers in China.

The event brought together distinguished guests and leaders from major science and technology organizations. Notable participants included:

  • Ambassador Roh Jae-heon — Embassy of the Republic of Korea in China
  • Acting President Kim Min-su — Korean Federation of Science and Technology Societies
  • Director Kim Jong-moon — KIC China
  • Representative Lee Min-ho — National Research Foundation of Korea

Their participation highlighted the importance of continued collaboration among academic, governmental, and research communities in advancing Korea-China science and technology partnerships.

In addition to her leadership role in the official program, Professor Kim’s research group actively participated in the academic poster session. Several posters from the Kim Lab at Duke Kunshan University were presented, showcasing ongoing research in plant genome engineering, molecular signaling, genetic transformation, and algal genome engineering:
